PCR LOD95 (Probit) Calculator

This app estimates LOD95 by fitting a binomial probit model to detection data. Use one of the two input methods below:

  1. Enter matching values manually in conc, pos, and n.
  2. Upload a CSV file with columns: conc, pos, n (this will autofill the fields).

After entering data or uploading a CSV, click Calculate to compute LOD95 and generate the plot with prediction band.

Tip: Uploading a CSV replaces the current values in the form fields.
